We require an ambitious, analytical, hard-working virtual assistant for an e-commerce business.
Your responsibility will be to manage product pricing, product profitability analysis, fee verification and case opening, return report tracing and other work. You will need to complex Excel spreadsheets and scrape data, write e-mails, analyse inventory reports, etc.
The following are essential for this work:
- Expert in Excel (profitability, knowing formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc)
- Fluent English
- Hard-working ethic and a drive to succeed
- Organised, self-starter, ability to manage time
- Desire to learn
There will be specific tasks as well as targets.
Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. There may be flexibility with time zones depending on your location.
Internet: you must have access to a reliable and fast internet connection with an unlimited data plan.
Pay: $150 per month.
