We have a large data project with data that is structered in the same way in each excel file.
We would need a relatively simple macro to do several things automatically.
We want to compare averages and test for statistical significance. We provide the formulas and illustrate clearly what has to be created.
The macro should be able to do among other things:
Filter data on a prespecified value
Add columns with averages
Calculate standard errors & test for signficance (we provide formulas)
Create a table in a different layout
I created an example excel sheet which discusses the 6 necessary steps.
We would probably need 4 macro's because of slightly different base files.
