Hello, I have read the instructions (Good job by the way. It's very rare on Freelancer to find so many details about the requirements) and I am happy to complete this project for you. Google Sheets and Excel macros are not compatible, each of them using a different programming language (Excel - VBA, Google Sheets - JavaScript). If you want to be compatible with both platforms you will need two totally different macros. I am very good with Excel and VBA. I can also work with JavaScript but I still have things to learn.
