1. Understand Youtube. Instgram, Facbook, Linked In?
2. Are comfortable recording videos of yourself to be seen across social media platforms?
3. Know how to create, edit videos and possibly follow a script?
4. Have good or decent designing skills
5. Can speak English clearly? THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, as you will need to convey the message clearly to a wide audience. You can speak another language as well but ENGLISH IS A MUST

Looking for a Social Media Manager someone who will create us videos for YouTube and help in content posting throughout social media (Facebook/Instagram/Youtube)
This person will be responsible for creating, editing, and delivering answers related to our business that customers want clarification on.
Topics will be discussed. But you will be responsible for creating the videos and being on camera.
Roles and Responsibilities
Be responsible for but not limited to
1. Creating YouTube videos at the comfort of your home while working with the management to figure out what content to post
- The setting or background should be clean and presentable when making videos
- Create scripts, edit and get final approval before posting
- Have clear communication skills and be able to read, speak and write English. They can also speak other languages which we can make videos in, but English is a must
- Understand our audience and what we will achieve
2. Social media (facebook/instagram/Linked in)
- Output social media content across all our platforms
- Market our posts according to our operation for example, if we post a YouTube video you should create a post, reel, or story regarding this with a link to direct the audience, or if we post a new blog do the same
- Ensure they convey the correct message
They should do research on the matters as well and be creative and think outside the box.
It is ideal if they understand how to analyze algorithms and content data and how accounts are being reached to enhance our performance.
You should also have some graphic designing skills
They should be prepared to have 1 video a week uploaded on YouTube and eventually move up to 2. For social media we should aim for 2 to 3 posts a week. Can be a combination of reels, stories, and posts.
You will help us evolve and make changes that enhances our business and improves our results.
I am soliciting people/companies and do not have a budget yet set for this. Please present offers and we will discuss further. You can present me offers on a per video basis, per post basis, or per one monthly package. Open to any suggestions
