We are looking for an experienced Social Media specialist who will be responsible for amplifying the voice of our organisation across social media.
Our Brand is a global leader in Jewellery, Homeware and Accessories.
You will have experience growing brands through social media
The focus is on developing thumb-stopping, best-practice and on-brand content that assists in achieving core commercial KPIs (channel and engagement growth, and organic lead generation).
You have experience in aligning with like-minded brands for competitions/database growth.
Experience in collaborations with influencers, sending / recording / monitoring / measuring blogger/ influencer outreach & communication.
You have a successful background in Paid Social Advertising
Strong copywriting skills
Communicate to customers (posting, commenting and engaging with the community, Live Chat and managing the inboxes) and channel reporting.
Daily channel management: plan and execute an always-on content calendar, post and schedule content, reply to comments and engage with the community, manage the inbox, and identify real-time content opportunities
Champion best-practice in social content creation, and strengthen audience engagement by ensuring content is relevant, thumb-stopping, and of the highest standard
Reporting and analytics: regularly report back on the performance of content, growth and engagement of the community to determine the results of our efforts, and opportunities to further optimise and weaponise our content
Support the Community Engagement Manager and the wider Marketing Team by a briefing in social content requirements for larger campaigns and launches
You will be the brand’s communicator and well-articulated in the English language. This role requires interacting with customers from all languages and an understanding of google translation to communicate with our multicultural community is a must.
