On-Site Women’s Wear Designer

I’m looking for a full-time female fashion designer who can work in-house with my team at our Zirakpur fashion store and take charge of our entire women’s wear line. The core of the collection spans casual daywear, polished formal pieces, ethnic ensembles and high-end bridal creations, so you’ll need to feel equally comfortable designing an everyday cotton co-ord, an embellished evening gown and everything in between. You will own every stage of development. That means sketching fresh concepts that fit our brand story, translating them into detailed tech packs, short-listing and sourcing the right fabrics and trims, and finally overseeing sampling, production and fittings until each garment hangs perfectly on the rack. Because this is an on-site role, close collaboration with our merchandisers, pattern makers and in-house artisans happens daily, so clear communication and hands-on problem-solving are essential.
