We require unique textile design patterns for our new start up bed linen company based in Victoria, Australia called 'Hush & Bare'.

We want to develop a relationship with a like-minded designer who can help bring our ideas to life, creating bed linen in contrasting fun, bold prints with something unexpected and fresh that aligns to in vogue, seasonal colours. Alongside fresh prints, we want to make modern, solid, earthy colours to cater for those who prefer a more mature and alluring bedroom feel. We want our customers to be able to mix and match all of our products through clever print design and gorgeous colour contrasts. As we are in a start-up phase, we expect that growth in our design range will occur as the business establishes a following in the market. Our goal is to make products for every corner of the home, that will make people swoon over slipping into a fresh set of sheets at the end of a long day. Think competitors: Kip & Co, Sage and Clare, Castle and Things, Society of Wanderers for design pattern inspiration Think competitors: Bed Threads for the solid colours we will be contending Our target market : The modern, style-focused millennial and fashion-forward, young-at-heart woman aged between 25 - 45, willing to invest in quality designs and who loves injecting exciting and unique style into the bedroom. Our Product: The materials we will be using are - > 100% Percale Cotton (fresh, crisp, matte) for sheets, pillow cases and doona / duvet covers. > 100% linen doona/duvet covers and pillowcases (no sheets). Sizes - > Doona/duvet covers + Sheets:- Single, King Single, Double, Queen, King, Super King > Pillow Cases:- Standard and King Our initial range will consist of - > 3-4 unique design prints (the scope of this engagement) > Up to 10 solid colour palettes (not yet defined, open to different colour schemes as the designs comes to life) Our point of difference: Unique design to our brand Competitive price by selling Direct to Consumer The Design Requirement : We are looking to release 3-4 different print designs for top & fitted sheets and doona/duvet covers and pillow cases. The engagement will be to develop these different designs and produce JPG files we can use with manufacturers.
