Enhance Google Calendar API for AI Assistant

Fix Google Calendar Integration on AI Voice Assistant Platform We are developing a voice-based AI assistant platform (built on Python). Currently, assistants can connect to Google Calendar, but the integration is incomplete: Problem: when a client books a meeting through the assistant, the event is not actually created in the Google Calendar. The assistant confirms the booking, but no event is saved. What needs to be done: • Review and debug the existing Google Calendar API integration. • Ensure that when a booking is made through the voice assistant, an event is automatically created in the connected Google Calendar. • Event must include: • Client’s name (or provided details) • Date & time of booking • Meeting title/description (assistant should pass it to the calendar) • Make sure the integration works reliably with multiple users/assistants. • Provide clear documentation on what was fixed/changed. Tech details: • Platform is Python-based (FastAPI backend, voice assistants via OpenAI API). • Current integration already connects to Google Calendar OAuth, but only retrieves data, not creating events. Deliverable: • Fully functional Google Calendar integration (event creation confirmed). • Tested with multiple assistants and accounts. • Clean and maintainable code.
