Recently you closed a project named "HTML5 / JQuery / Responsive Website". I can't PM you so i have been looking a way to to contact. I expect you found someone to do the work but anyway i want to give you some suggestions for the project. You may use them or not, simply i liked the concept of your site and i want to contribute my ideas.
With the example and your design, the concept of navigation through the UI is really clear. Vertical transitions for menu-sections nav and horizontal transitions for in-sections nav.
Also i think the menu should be positioned with a fixed layer to be accessible and visible every moment. In this point, you may consider opening a sub menu horizontally, under the main menu, when the user lands on a section with slides. This would help the user allowing to view all the section content on a fly, keeping the transition concept and improving the user experience.
The doted pagination in the example site is nicely too to clarify the in-section navigation. You could use it, or not. If you use a submenu like i said above may be nonsense, but that dots might be a modern touch to the site.
About the design, think about changing the dashes used to change between the slides to arrows. I think it is more intuitive so better for the user experience.
