Since the data and functionality stay untouched, I'd start by wiring the page to the existing data shape as-is, then build the chart as a presentational layer on top so nothing underneath moves. For the timeline itself I'd drive bar widths and offsets off a shared time-to-position function rather than hardcoded widths, so a closure that starts mid-day lands where the design shows it and overlapping closures on the same corridor don't collide. CSS grid for the corridor rows, one scroll container for the axis and bars together so they never desync. Is the Figma handoff a shared file I can pull exact spacing and tokens from, or exported specs? That decides how close I get to pixel-accurate on the first pass.
