Hi! I'm Jop, email marketer and Google Ads specialist at SYcommerce, a Dutch digital marketing agency of around 8 people ([login to view URL]). We are a Klaviyo partner and are now rolling out email marketing as a service for our e-commerce clients. We have our first client onboard and a pipeline of around 20 e-commerce businesses to follow. We're looking for a reliable freelance email designer to work with us on an ongoing basis. We work in a simple, positive, and collaborative way. You'll always be able to reach us with questions, and any feedback is delivered constructively. We'd like to start with a single test email to see how we work together before making further arrangements. What you'll be doing You design emails based on a briefing we share in a Google Drive folder. Briefings include everything you need, we provide placeholder texts and handle the final copy ourselves. You work in a dedicated Figma board we set up per client. Designs may occasionally need minor revisions. You'll work on two types of emails: Flows (setup): 5–10 emails at a time, expected delivery within 2–3 weeks. No hard deadline, but clients expect a solid pace and quality. Campaigns: 1–2 emails at a time, with a fixed go-live deadline of 1–2 weeks out. Requirements Fluent written English Proficient in Figma — this is a hard requirement Working in Google Chat, Gmail, and Google Drive (for communication with us) Able to work with deadlines — campaigns have fixed go-live dates Able to pull relevant visuals from client websites and use AI tools to generate realistic lifestyle/atmosphere images where needed Quick to respond — this is a big plus and a good signal of how we'll work together Experience in email design is a plus; experience in UX design/Figma is a must Payment €15 per email design Invoices sent directly to us on a monthly basis Invoice should list the number of emails designed that month We provide all billing details Please note: payment is handled directly via invoice, not through the freelancer.com platform. We hope this doesn't put you off; we simply prefer to work with direct invoices.
