Website Mockup Rebuild in Figma

I need a designer to recreate the attached full-page website mockup as a clean, editable Figma file. This is not a design-from-scratch project. The layout, colors, content, and visual direction are already approved. I need the mockup rebuilt in Figma with proper layers, editable text, image placeholders, buttons, icons, spacing, and organized sections so my developer can turn it into a WordPress site. Deliverable: a shared Figma file with a fully editable desktop homepage, clean layer structure, and all assets included or embedded. No redesign is required—just a faithful, well-organized rebuild that’s ready for hand-off.
