We collect information from building permits and input the data into FileMaker Pro. We produce a new report each week listing the data we've collected. I need a database on our website where I can append the new information to each week. We will need a customer table where we can input customers and their search permissions. Customers will go to our site and log into the database to search the records. The search will return matching records that can be downloaded in excel, csv or pdf files. There are 5 or 6 permissions that a customer would have such as searchable counties, dates, permit types, etc.
I'm attaching a file that we create from our local program. The file created from the web would be identical to this.
I'm in the process of having our website re-written. The new website will be hosted on GoDaddy as well as the new database.
