Add video (MP4 and MOV) to Final Cut Pro, Layer footage at the right time overlap

I hope I described this correctly.
We need someone experienced with video editing to load video MP4 and iPhone MOV files into Final Cut Pro.
I have about 10 hours of filming, 4 cameras. There are probably 160 video clips total across 4 cameras. The footage needs to be layered at the exact time stamps. One of the cameras has the good audio (iPhone11 using Rode Mic).
Then, I will remove the footage I don't want.
You will not edit final footage. You will just find all the tracks and layer them so we can work on it.
I am not sure, but I think it's 10 hours of work, maybe 20.
This NOT skilled creative work. It is detailed work to coordinate and layer the correct footage.
There may be 200 G to 300 G of data. I filmed a lot.
I don't know how I get the footage from you. Do you save it to Google Drive for me to download?
