Long-Term (Part Time) Monthly Bookkeeper for Small LLC (Xero | Ongoing | $20–$30/month)

About the Business: Eternity Ready LLC is a small Christian media LLC operating an online radio and content creation ministry. The business has low monthly transaction volume and a small number of accounts. Software: Xero (cloud accounting — experience required) What I Need: A reliable, trustworthy bookkeeper for an ongoing long-term relationship. This is a part-time monthly role performed at the end of each month. Estimated time: 1–2 days per month. Monthly Duties: • Reconcile all business accounts in Xero against statements • Categorize all income and expenses correctly • Separate personal transactions from business transactions where needed • Keep owner loan account updated accurately • Flag any unclear transactions for owner review • Deliver a clean monthly P&L and Balance Sheet Accounts to Reconcile Monthly: • Navy Federal Credit Union — Business Checking • Navy Federal Credit Union — Personal Checking (used for owner loan transfers to business) • PayPal (donation and subscription processing) • Stripe (card payment processing) • Freelancer.com (contractor payments — business vs. personal split required) • Cash App (occasional transactions) • Venmo (occasional transactions) • Credit Karma Checking (personal — owner loan transfers only) First Month (Onboarding — One-Time Fee: $50): Before beginning regular monthly work, the bookkeeper will review the current year’s existing books to verify accuracy and clean up any issues prior to taking over ongoing maintenance. Full source documents and a detailed corrections report will be provided to make this straightforward. The onboarding fee of $50 is a one-time payment for this first-month review and is separate from the ongoing monthly rate.
