Foreclosure Tracking: Monitor foreclosure timelines and coordinate critical steps such as BPOs/appraisals, payoff statements, and postponement requests. Case Logging: Maintain detailed digital notes and follow-up history for every file. Requirements: Must-Have: Proven experience in foreclosure processing, loss mitigation, or similar distressed asset workflows, with a track record of successful approvals. Must-Have: Fluent and excellent verbal and written English skills (you will be negotiating on the phone daily). Must-Have: A driven, self-starter personality—you are persistent and solution-oriented when dealing with bank representatives. Technical: Proficiency with standard office/PDF software and experience using VoIP phone systems. Perks & Pay: Hourly Rate: up to $15/hour (depending on experience). 13th-Month Pay: Included. Incentives: $50 per completed deal. Holidays: Paid holidays provided. Flexibility: While availability during US business hours is required, you have flexibility in structuring your 20 hours.
