Hyperbaric Chamber Engineering Support

I am developing a therapeutic, aesthetic-and-wellness hyperbaric oxygen chamber and need an experienced medical-equipment engineer to guide the project from concept refinement through to production readiness. You will take my preliminary sketches and performance targets and turn them into a complete, manufacturable design while keeping patient safety, ergonomic ease of use, and international regulatory requirements front and centre. A solid grasp of pressure-vessel design, materials compatible with high-pressure oxygen environments, and standards such as ASME PVHO, ISO 13485, and, ideally, both FDA 510(k) and EU MDR pathways is essential. Key deliverables • Detailed mechanical and systems drawings (CAD) suitable for prototype fabrication • Finite element and safety factor calculations confirming structural integrity at operating pressures • Bill of materials with medical-grade component specifications • Risk analysis and mitigation file in line with ISO 14971 • Guidance on test protocols for pressure, leak, and biological compatibility validation Acceptance criteria: all drawings and calculations must pass an independent peer review, and the risk file must be complete enough for inclusion in a regulatory submission package.
