Flash Animation2

I have a static .jpg photo of a duck. I need the following: (1) Use this duck: [login to view URL], so the duck walks (waddles) across a 550px banner surface; (2) Have water droplets (see [login to view URL] for example of water droplet color, look & feel) spray from under his feel while he is walking. I am using it for a FLASH banner so animation must be compatible with Flash. An example of another animation done for us: [login to view URL] It should look similar to this but duck should waddle and droplets (splashes) of water should come from under his feet. I need this project done right away.
