Quote-Excel tutorial learning content in Flash

Requesting quote from freelancers to replicate learning content from the following website [login to view URL] Content needs to be created in Flash with Audio integrated and potentially some character animation included. Please provide quote keeping in mind that we would establish a long term relationship with the service provider and would use services through the year. You could provide a quote on a per lesson basis or per topic (set of lessons such as Pivot functions within Excel etc). If anyone has readily available and marketable content for me to view and purchase or work on a revenue sharing agreement, i'm more than happy to discuss possibilities.
