Adobe Flash WhiteBoard App

We would like a flash based whiteboard developed to be integrated into an existing on demand website application services. The whiteboard would be integrated into our python based application and would need to handle many unique whiteboard sessions assigned to a unique group session. The whiteboards session would also need to handle multiple users with unique IDs associated with our system user ID management. The whiteboard would need to have a moderator s control to manage what other users in a group could access, see and do with the whiteboard - including accessing controls and tools. The ability to control users, permissions and turn control elements on and off would need to be managed via an API to allow us to integrate into our system administration. The whiteboard would have functionality similar to [login to view URL], but without the chat and email functionality which will be controlled by the main system administration. The whiteboard would also need to allow the moderator to save the whiteboard at any stage as a png which would be saved to our system database to be called by our system reporting functions. We would ideally like the ability to record the white board session to be able to play back the whiteboard session from the administration reporting controls - we will be looking for solutions to handle this and open to the use of other adobe technology. We will be supplying full specifications for the chosen developer and you would be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. We require complete source code for the application and documentation. At this stage we are looking for expression of interest and estimated time and costs. Please note: we are looking for quality, a very good eye for detail and someone who is passionate about developing quality applications. To be successful you must have a proven experience in Adobe / Flash based application development and would have developed similar tools.
