Flash game using actionscript 3

The flash game should be a combination of 5 games which are as follows: Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock Variation Word Scrambler Animated Memory Trainer High- Low Card Challenge Remote- Controlled Objects The flash must have a splash animation first then a main menu which contains the mentioned games . all the games and splash animation and menu must be written in flash cs6 using Actionscript 3.0 . The due date for design specification must be submitted in 2 days . But the actual flash games due date is in 12 days . My budget is $150 .
