Flash animation completion

We want to produce a short promotional flash cartoon(animation) of around 30 seconds. We want this animation to run on the web in full screen resolution from a link on our webpage. This animation is an add-on to the existing flash game that runs on our webpage. All graphic designs for the game and animation are developed by a proffessional cartoonist. Our cartoonist has not enough knowledge of flash to put this together with some after effects to "bring it to live". We need someone that knows flash very well and has experience with creating cartoons and after effects. > All character and background graphics for the animation are already created in suitable quality. > All basic charaters and their movements are already created and available in flash format for this animation in suitable quality.
