flash homepage for a Mobile phone website

we are looking for an artist graphic designer who is also proficient in flash to design a flash homepage using flash featuring three items arround mobile phone communication:
- mobile messaging
- watching movies on your mobile
- mobile games
the screens should feature those three items plus a separate section in the screen for latest news.
the design should focus on visual communication, don't use too much text.
3d views are possible, but not a must
design should be contemporary, elegant and animated
the client cannot really elaborate what he wants very well, so we would like the designer to provide up to 5 designs the most. If your fist design is wanted, then that's it. Please only bid if you accept the condition. THANKS. Please use dummy material for the project.
