Flash Layout Animation

I have a website with a layout in PSD format. All the pieces of the design are in separate layers. I have relatively specific needs as far as how the animation needs to be.

There will be two .fla and .swf files needed to be produced from the PSD. The first will have a more complex animation and will be the main page. The second will be simpler and quicker. Both will have animated buttons and a looping music file with an option to mute (enable/disable). This is a pretty simple project. All materials are provided and we need it done fast and well.
