I have a 3 minute cartoon with a music track that teaches vowel sounds for young children. The cartoon has characters such as Flat Hat, Jet Head, Odd Octopus, Umbrella Fella, Excellent Elephant and a few others. The characters have already been drawn and show basic movement from one place to another. Your job would be to bring these characters to life by adding realistic foot movement, arm bending, etc. I have a nice music track behind the cartoon and want to get some excellent movement of characters during the chorus of the song (this is where the sequence switches to outer space showing the characters coming to earth). My budget is about $700. This is not a bid project but you need to tell me exactly what you can do to bring these guys to life and make it something that would be suitable for educational television. So you need to watch the video and take notes as the cartoon progresses telling me what exactly you can do to make this a fun and exciting video to watch.
