looking for a talented graphic designer who knows flash

I am looking for a talented, fast-working graphic designer who knows how to use flash and can create attractive, modern looking designs here is the project description: i have already got the basic functionality of a flash banner which is attached to this project posting.... im looking for someone who has great graphic design skills that can: 1) put together some photos and text for each of the slides and make this flash look really great...for each of the slides, i will have a few different photos that i will want to experiment with (i will give you these photos and the required text once I have selected you for this project).... it will be the first thing on my homepage so will have high visibility. 2) create a new design for the left part of the flash (instead of the fade) 3) choose a new color and font for the text on the left of the screen 4) create a different "transition" effect between each slide (instead of just fade out and fade in) 5) create a static graphic which will be shown if the user does not have flash installed on their computer Requirements for winning designer: 1) it is very important that you first send me your portfolio as I would like to see what other graphic design/flash work you have done... without this i cannot award the project to you... it would be great if you have done something similar to my banner in the past 2) you need to be available on skype/msn for me to speak with you real time as I would like to get this project completed quickly i will have lots of other graphic design work if this first project is successful including page designs, icons, general graphics and other flash banners please only submit a bid if you are serious and think you have the skills and time required for this project... i am looking for someone reliable who also will have time going forward to work on other projects for me i am online all the time and will provide very quick turnaround time as we work through this project together I am offering up to $100 for this project as i think we can complete it very quickly as long as we are in regular communication i look forward to receiving your bid.
