I am a founder of a recently new Australian MMOCC (Mass Multiplayer Online Chatting Community) by the name of Metric Island and we are currently looking for Pixel Artists that are able to produce quality graphics for an online game.
We are a community directed at teenagers aged 13 - 18 which can come and meet new people and chat to there friends. They are also able to have their own room in which they can buy and furnish themselves. More information can be given upon application and job acceptance.
Metric Island is an online community comprising of a diverse range of internet users from around the world, particularly throughout the Oceanic region. Metric Island provides a safe environment for teenagers and young adults to interact with each other under the supervision of our experienced moderation team. We provide a society in which teenagers can unwind from their daily activities and at times, stressful lives. We offer the Metric Island community a wide range of activities to undertake to enhance their experience whilst logged on.
Our in game client which is currently in production will have first-rate conversation system and exceptional in-game features, users can not only interact with each other, but also with the environment and specific computer controlled players.
This is where we need your help. We are looking for artists which can produce a number of pieces of pixel art which fit in with our online game. We will be offering payment for the pieces of artwork we desire if up to our expectations. We are whiling to pay anything up to $260 Australian Dollars but this fee is obviously negotiable depending on the state of the graphics.
The type of artwork we need are as follows;
~ Public rooms for guests(Example attatched for sizes and style)
~ Small Furniture items for game
~ Interface design
~ Website graphics, logos, advertisement material, ect
