Online Banners design and build

I would like some advertising banners to be built, to advertise Gateway Credit Union Home Loans on Australian websites. The basic advertising concept has already been decided (see attached storyboard), I now need the banners to be designed, built and supplied along with the PSD file with layers so we can use images from the banners in other spaces. Project deadlines: • Storyboard – 14/09/13 • Banners DRAFT – 18/09/13 • Banners and PSD files FINAL – 20/09/13 Deliverables: • Storyboard prior to build • 5 x Leaderboard Banners (same creative, different interest rates) • 5 x Mrec Banners (same creative, different interest rates) • Photoshop file with images from banners Specifications: - Leaderboards (5 required – only minor text changes) 728x90 pixels, Formats accepted: Animated GIF, JPEG, Flash, HTML, Maximum file size: 40kb Flash/HTML, 40kb GIF. - Medium Rectangle (5 required– only minor text changes) 300x250 pixels, Formats accepted: Animated GIF, JPEG, Flash, HTML, Maximum file size: 40kb Flash/HTML, 40kb GIF. Who are we talking to (targeting)? • Australian Home Buyers and Refinancers aged 26 – 55 years Concept: Spring is the traditional home-buying time in the Australian home loans market. We’d like to demonstrate this with a garden theme (flower pot, blue sky) and a flying butterfly – see attached storyboard for an idea of how this could look. The banners should look fresh and clean (like Spring) and incorporate Gateway’s logo, corporate font and colour palette.
