Assistant Web-DESIGNER

Hello, I am looking for a longterm Assistant Webdesigner that would be available on a freelance basis. I have a couple of Webprojects that I would like to redesign, so I need somebody that can do a lot more than just working with templates. I can only decide to give you a simple trial project once I see some of your designs, so it would be great if you could send me some references with flyers, websites, flash and if you got logo designs you have developed. For a trial project I would like you to help me to redesign a simple sidebar of a website. The job is simple and should not take you more than 2-3 hours once I have sent you very detailed instructions. So please bid for that. Looking forward to hear from you and see some of your designs. P.S.: I am also planning to develp some Wordpress themes for Themeforest.net. I would do the coding and you do the design. If you have ever developed anything for the Envato Network that would be a PLUS as well.
