42721 SITE TRANSFER TO CPANEL

I want someone who can help me move my existing website from the present server to a cpanel environment and setup the mysql database and the rest for a full functionality. The website has to be up an running and before i pay, because i have been duped over this twice... The site is built using x-cart and the files have already been ftp to the cpanel but need the database setup/reinstalled and also well configured in the new environment. I do not want any downtime at all for me site which is why i have not changed the nameserver. Will provide full detail as soon as you are choosing...
