I am trying to design a college website. It needs to be similar to ad posting websites but not entire entirely. stuff like the database/log in feature/ this will be a free website.. users post ads/events/news/latest/ rating stuff like that....... . i have made a sample template of what i will be wanting ... look at the template and then tell me if you are up for it i will escrow the payment as soon as i choose a programmer. project needs to be done fast.
