Flash Cartoon Needed

I need a cartoon made, I have the pictures of the characters and I need them draw in to cartoon figures. This is for a small project if all goes well we will have plenty more work for you. The cartoon will be about 4 mins long. you will have to draw the area it take place in the cars and the people and line up the fast movement with sound.
