Flash Animation / Simulation

We require a Flash Animation/Simulation created based on the attached storyboard. The animantion will be approximately 30 seconds and we require two sizes: 1024 x 768 - full quality and 630 x 473 - for web. A source PSD file will be provided with source artwork and 3D renderings as required. Please see the storyboard for additional project details. Our timeline is tight for this project so we will be making a decision quickly and moving forward. Since they had the PDF and PSD files, they knew what the project was and therefore we declined their generous offer. The fact that they cancelled has, we believe, influened other bidders into thinking there was something wrong with the project... which there is not. I just want to personally Thank Vision Sol for screwing up this project. After checking their ratings, I see that this is a routine tactic for them i.e. accept a project and then cancel it within 24 hours. My recommendation to Vision Sol... If you don't know what you are bidding on DON'T BID because it makes it difficult for the rest of us to do business. If there is anyone else who can do this job and do it quickly, please let us know... otherwise we will cancel the project.
