3D design in static and dynamic need.

We are looking for some one who can do 3d design in static and dynamic. the project consist on two steps: 1-drawing and making 3d photo of the project .which is a department store with a spherical shape(see attached drawing, the first pcture is a drawing (face view )of the building; the second is a top view of the buiding; the 3th pic, it is a clock wich will be in the middle of the building, and it is a moving (up and down) part). 2-after that from this we to have give some special dynamic lights and parts(some part of the department store will be moving) effect to the project. so that we can get finally like a 3 to 4 mn maximum [login to view URL] advertisment movie OTHERS: we should have 60red stripes not just 4 as on the picture. around the building we have some water springs and other decorations very easy to be done. in the dynamic design we should see the clock moving up and down. We will also need some lights effect on the red stripes of the bulding and in some other places also. stripes will be in lights. the green parts represent the doors. [login to view URL] showing the dynamic light design (laser ). the stripes and doors will be decorated with lights. the 60red stripes represent the 60minutes of a clock. each stripe is a minute. it will be lighten from down to up during 1 mn, stripe by stripe. untill we reach sixty minutes. then the hour (which is the door) will lighten on the top of the buildng(the roof) there will be a normal nicely decorated. clock as per the attachment sent t o u, it has 60stripes (shaped like the red ones) from top to down untill 1/3from down of the building. the bulding has 12doors all around placed like hours of clock. very important :the shape of the building must be respected the red stripes will around the bulding from up to down, like the minutes for a clock when u see the buiding from top u will see like a sun, or like a clock with 60 stripes which represent the minutes and 12 doors which represent the hours. and the clock can up and down, when it is down u can not see it anymore. when it is up it close the roof of the building. can see the clock and 60 stripes when inside? No. inside have shops, 3 floors. inside can only see clock when it is down. how tall is the bulding? 35meters; and how wide? diameter 200 meters. diameters for roof or clock 50meters. the clock can up and down, what's the area? the area up and down will be 48meters, area up and down will have in the center the clock. Now, u have full idea about the whole project ?? can you tell me how much it will cost me all this?
