Add flash video page with scroll bar playlist

I have an existing website for my photography. I have a few different pages which features some video I've shoot as well. I would like to consolidate those windows to have one page that has a "Flash Player" as well as a scroll bar playlist. I want this to be set up so I can easily add new video clips. Here is an example of something that I came across which was what I had in mind. [login to view URL] I messed around with a product called "Flowplayer" but my knowledge regarding this stuff is rather limited so I am open to suggestions. Here are links to a few of my current pages from my site which features the flash files I current have posted. The idea is to have the "video player" with a scroll bar on the page with the story that goes with each group of clips. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] As you can see that when you click on an image on the right side of the page I have it set up to take you to a new window to play the video. There is also a "Media" page containing interviews and I would like to have the same feature as part of that page. I guess once I have the basic setup I can copy the page and add new stories to go with any new video. At least that's what I would like to be able to do, have basically a template page that I can edit in Dreamweaver.
