474496 BWAB Flash Intro

I need a Flash animated intro that will appear before certain video clips that will be appearing on a non-profit website. A rough draft of the script is below, this doesn't need to be ultra-amazing, just something simple that follows the concept of the script: The opening sequence will begin with a black backdrop as the following words (using a metallic font with some 3-D possibly) drop down in place individually, each word followed by a clanking sound (like a jail door being closed). The words should appear on two lines should be slightly slanted (slightly horizontal). BULLIES WITH A BADGE A spotlight shines down upon the scene as a uniformed police officer (or a silhouette – something basic, just so long as you can tell it's a police officer. This doesn't need to be in color) appears. The officer pauses for a moment to read the words, then un-holsters his gun and starts firing at the words leaving a few bullet holes in them. When the officer finishes, shots get fired back at the him. As the officer is shot, blood will quickly “splash” upon the foreground of the screen with several splats. As the blood drips downward, the blood will form the words “Fighting Back”. The video will then fade to black.
