Design Work Needed for Myspace Page

I am seeking someone who can do the following:

2. Create a custom (extremely creative and hip) layout for our company's myspace page.

3. Add a flash file to the page that has already been created but just needs a bit of tailoring by changing the words and the music.

4. Create a postcard based on the new layout that can be sent to other myspace members in a message and be posted in their comment section as a way to advertise ourselves.
