218796 DVD/Flash Movie

hi I have a powerpoint presentation which i want to convert to a dvd flash movie, please see the pdf of the slides attached. I need the programmer to add some appropriate music, upbeat and exciting that changes with the moods at the movie covers about 80 slides so it might be about 8 mins long my guess. I would also need some help with the graphics to make the pictures and text look more professional, some of the pictures may be poor resolution or not look so good with flash. I have broken down the text on the slide to flow as a movie, and go be easily followed however with some of the slides i could not do that.
