Flash Design of animated people

We`re looking for an experienced Flash-Designer that can create animated comic-figures and actrions of those. For an example you can visit [login to view URL] - the content of the planned website is the same as shown on this website. it`s planned to start a project where users can fight against each other with these comic-figures that can make defined movements.
Requirements:
- creating 10 characters/animated comic figures (mix of women and men)
- each character must be able to do this moves:
- upper punch with hand
- middle punch with foot
- lower punch with foot
- be pleased after winning a fight
- be annoyed after losing a fight
- 3 special-punches (each with a different toy or with a combination of the three punches above)
- 3 defense-movements ( defenso top, defense middle, defende bottom)
- another 1 free-to-choose movement ( means that we, as a buyer, will maybe come with an extra-movement you have to create while you are working on the project)
I*ll try to explain now the most important things that also have to be done during programming the figures/characters - before you read on please visit the website [login to view URL] and register there and make some test-fights so that u will understand what i mean now.
when the user selects a figure/character he has to indicate a row of 6 movements/punches the character has to do during the fight. after that the user has to indicate a row of 6 protect/defense-movements the figure has to do when the enemy places hits/punches. this movements have to be saved temporarily and done one-after-one during the fight. you as programmer have to take care that the punches every character/user makes succesful against the enemy and the punches every character received are counted for statistics and for determining the winner. every character has a number of "health-points" that decrease after receiving a punch from the enemy. this "health-points" can be increased by winning fights. every punch also has a value. this value can also be increased by winning fights. the loser is the user that receives the most punches. f.e when a user has 10 health-points and an upper-punch counts 4 then the health-points should decrease 10-4=6 after receiving a succesful upper-punch by the enemy. There must be an interface between php/SQL and flash because the statistics of each registered user have to be saved in a database (won fights. points for each fight, and so on).
creating and seting-up database is done by our programmers. only the interface has to be created with a kind of handbook with the parameters and how they interact with php/SQL. because the power of every punch depends on the amount of won fights a user made, this has to interact also between SQL/php and Flash.
