Flash Designer w/actionscripting

Hello, We are looking for someone who can finish a project that another developer has started. Its a flash based solution very involved and could be tedious at times. We are looking for someone with vision that can take this solution and finish it. The solution involved interactive maps of the world and country specific information when a country is clicked. Its probably 90% complete but if the new programmer once they see the solution comes up with some great ideas then we would be will to pay to have them implemented. We have all of the source files and database. So we need action scripting and great flash design. Please do not respond to this if you do not have samples of some great works you have done. If you do not post sample work you will have no chance of winning this project. So show us some great flash work.
