Migrate HTML site to Flash template

I created simple html website with just a few pages. I am looking to migrate the content of this site to the flash based template I purchased. Pictures and content will be provided as well as the template source. It should not take more than couple of hours the person who can open and modify flash source. Again, flash source is available- there are 2 files: header and menu. The images in each would have to be replaced with mines. Menu buttons need to be created - text on the same background as in the template.
