Open call for Designers!!!

Hello,
This posting is an open call for designers from all over the world. We are looking for visual/flash design 'rockstars' to add to our team. We have tons of projects and are receiving more everyday. This particular post does not pay, but the teams that do a GREAT job will be offered contracts to do ongoing work for our group, with a regular (and competitive) monthly pay rate.
We have a great reputation and all that have done work for us (both on GAF and outside of GAF) have been very pleased with our compensation.
If you are interested, please PM me and I will send you details. We will be looking for 1-2 designs based on an outline that we provide you.
I'm sure you are probably thinking - ' This guy wants me to do 2 designs for free?! ' and that is understandable. we are not looking for psds or editable files, we just want to get a sense of how you will handle future project.
If you blow us away with your designs, we will sign you to a regularly paying contract to do actual work for us.
