32999 Quality UI & flash design

We are seeking a flash developer and web designer with a good eye, clean designs, and a sense of what makes interactive tools engaging and easy to use. We are not a design firm, you will be helping create designs for our own projects and products. Our organization produces educational materials, and unique user interfaces. We also have need for UIs, flash programming, and engaging static designs. See attached images to get a sense of the quality we produce. One sample is of a hyperbolic tree UI. The other is of a web site. The duration of work will vary based on your availability and how well you perform on your first project. Possible job duration: 0.5-3 months.
