Web-site interactivity/uploading

Essentially, I am looking for someone who can upload and program the interactivity (roll-over functionality) to my pre-conceptualized, pre-designed web-site where which ALL the art-work will be provided. All you have to do is plug-in the elements to the corresponding functionality. Everything has already been planned out including the audio, sound effects, and even the roll-over effects wherein, each attention to detail has been prepared into workable files to be aligned into Flash. I'd like it to be a Flash based web-site. I need you to be technically savvy, collaborative and organized. The site is a personal site. There will be two video clips to be embedded or offered to view as a trailer one @ 6 mins, the other @ 2 mins. Thank you.
