Website Template Conversion

I have purchased a website template that was made in macramedia with some flash. The company I bought it from said it was compatible with Frontpage. That doesn't seem the case. I can't import it nor can I even open any of the pages they included. As well, they didn't send a "website". They sent a bunch of files.
I need someone to convert it to Frontpage, since that's the only sw I know.
I currently have a basic feature and benefit type of website, with not much else going on, and would be interested in taking bids on taking the info on my current site, and putting it in the template. However, I do need to use it in frontpage.
Also, I'm a small company who will need some logo work, and occassional other stuff and would like to find someone I can work with consistently whose trustworthy, fast, and reasonably priced
