Flash Expert Help Needed

We have spent a lot of time (> 2 months) and money (> $10K) to create the flash slideshows (9 in total) that are similar to the ones at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and integrated them into our test web site already. However, we encountered the problems below and need to find a flash expert to fix them. 1. slideshow load time equivalent to or faster than the ones at [login to view URL] 2. image quality equivalent to or better than the ones at [login to view URL] 3. smooth sliding/zooming effect equivalent to or better than the ones at [login to view URL] 4. slide "streaming" of unlimited number of slides instead of loading all slides in memory 5. absolutely no memory leak 6. Unicode support for captions displayed in slideshow Please do not waste your time bidding this project if you are not the top flash expert and know how to fix the above problems. We will give the chosen candidate bidders a flash source file to demonstration their flash expertise first before making the final selection. This will be an ongoing project since we will continue to work with the chosen expert to develop cool and one-of-a-kind flash stuff.
