FLASH online Audio Mixer Wanted

Flash developers needed to create an online multi-track music mixer that combines audio tracks, adjusts volumes and generates a final mix in MP3 format. Similar to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] or like a simple Ableton Live version to some degree.
Because of our tight time table; we prefer if you have done this sort of work already and have examples of such. We can utilize a simplified version now and add on our own specifications for future versions. Advanced versions may include a video component as well.
In addition, we will need an online Flash demo of how to use this mixer. Again, anything you have already done in this area will greatly work in all of our favors.
There are other related projects that are available. You need to be affordable, and flexible in the manner in which we can make changes or additions to the core work-for-hire projects you are involved in.
