The project involves the following. For an experienced Flash professional developer, this should not take more than 3 hours...

1) Modify the existing flash banner creatives to add an additional frame showing the pictures of the cities (pictures will be supplied)

2) Change the hard-coded values of the dates in the Actionscript code

3) Modify button click code (I have the new code)

4) The generated flash files will need to be flash 8

Examples of previous work is also available so you can mimic the same logic and add the extra frame and others.
