Recreate an existing virtual world/online game. -- 2

Hi there,

So I'm looking for someone to help me recreate [login to view URL] from the ground up, but on a much smaller scale.

My goal is to start off with the very basics of the game, and add to it as time goes on.. for now I'm only looking to get the login screen, create a character, one basic location, and a working chat feature.

All references of things wanted will be provided.

I'm not sure how much a job like this will cost, so I'm hoping to discuss that with you before setting a budget,
