I bought a Flash Gallery (swf+fla) that displays images.
The names and paths of the images to display are stored in an xml file called data.xml.
<category name="My Category" thumb="images/category1.png">
<file name="Google logo" thumb="http://www.google.be/intl/en_com/images/logo_plain.png" file="http://www.google.be/intl/en_com/images/logo_plain.png">
When I place the swf in an html on a webserver, only the [url removed, login to view] images are not correctly displayed. Instead a white rectangle with the correct width and height is displayed.
When I preview (F12) the .fla (+[url removed, login to view]) in Adobe Flash CS4 all images are displayed correctly.
This means that it is technically possible to specify in the [url removed, login to view] images by their full url.
I need somebody to change a few (1,2 or 3?) lines in the actionscript, so that images specified by their full url are correctly displayed when the swf is served from a webpage.
I include the swf and fla so you can have a look at it.
